Michael Blackson is a comedian that was raised primarily in West Africa. Much like the development of his comedy, his embracing of technology has been a slow but necessary process. Michael is a self defined "boy from the village," that was not quick to buy into the internet, cellphones and the such. As he began to see the benefits and ease of being connected and utilizing other formats of technology in both his personal and professional endeavors, he became hooked. In a short time, he has gone from technology-lacking to technologically-savvy. His comedy is primarily focused on highlighting aspects of his West African roots; and technology has helped him stay in touch with his family, friends and fans in Africa. In this video, he talks about his craft, his family and how important it is for people to get into the technology, worldwide.

Very good sequence - from introduction to technology then back to personal life. But, if this video's strategy is to sell the tech side -- then that sequence should have more emphasis and be a lot "more exciting." Production value is excellent - photography, sound, lighting, etc. Very good, informative video.
